The
students are provided multi-cuisine meals, which consists of Continental, Oriental &
Indian delicacies. The kitchen is extensively spread-out with separate arrangements for
preparation of veg & non-veg meals, a tandoor section, cold storage, bakery section
and other well-defined areas.
The catering staff are
experts from hotel management background and the chefs are from reputed five star hotels
of the city. Hence the children are made aware of the different types of food its
accompaniments and table manners. Each student is given personal attention and their
weight chart is also maintained by the catering staff to keep a track on their growth. The
meals are nutritionally planned by dieticians so that the children intake an adequate
proportion of vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates.
