The
students are provided with multi-cuisine meals, consisting of Continental, Oriental &
Indian delicacies. The kitchen is extensively arranged with separate
sections for veg & non-veg meals, a tandoor section, cold storage, bakery section
and other well-defined areas.
The catering staff are
experts from hotel management backgrounds and the chefs are from reputed five star hotels
of the city. Hence, the children are made aware of the different types of food its
accompaniments and table manners. Each student is given personal attention and their
weight chart is also maintained by the catering staff to keep a track on their growth. The
meals are nutritionally planned by dieticians so that the children intake an adequate
proportion of vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates.
