ABSENTEEISM FROM SCHOOL

Dear Parents,
It is most important that your child should attend school every day so that they do not miss any important work. I was disturbed to discover that over 90 students had not returned for the first day of school, thereby missing important notices, class information & subject selection.
To ensure that all families are reminded of their obligations to send the children to school, I will be writing a reminder to each family concerned so that they return their wards speedily to school.
These letters will be sent by registered post to guarantee delivery at a cost of Rs. 50/- each. To defray this extra cost, families are expected to remit Rs. 50/- for each reminder.
In cases of special circumstances whereby the family is unable to return the children to school, they must contact the school explaining the reasons. Where these reasons are endorsed by the Principal such a levy will not be due.
