Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note the following information.

(1)  Friendly Football Match:-
There will be a friendly football match between a parent team and the school staff on Friday (16th July, 2010) commencing at 4.00p.m at Pailan World School Football ground. All parents are welcome to attend the match. Because of the match, buses will be delayed by 1 hour.

(2) Absenteeism  in School:-
At this time far too many students are absent from school. It is important that administration is notified each time a student is away. Please do not note this just absence only in school diary. Absences must be notified by phoning  the office at the following numbers: 003-24978605 or 24978556 or 983677551 or 9830414446 or by E-mailing at office E-mail id - pro@pailanworldschool.com or frontoffice@pailanworldschool.com or written message deliver to school.

(2) Absenteeism  in School:-
In the place of the missed school day (5th July, 2010) post by the bandh, there will be school on 17th July , 2010 at the usual time. The departing time of buses may be up to half an hour later in departing, because of farewell ceremony at school.
